Weirdly enough, much of what you all describe can be found in the Temple of Hru'u. No, really!
Remember that the Temple of Hru'u is devoted to Change (yes, with a capital "C"). Thus, it's priests acclimate themselves to weirdness in a way that is really difficult to briefly describe. In my experiences as a Priest of Hru'u and as a Priest of Wuru in Prof. Barker's game, the strangenesses multiplied and went beyond whenever I was involved in the workings of the Inner Temple.
As for the Goddess, Her temples and shrines seem to involve a negation or a kind of consumptive character along with pale bone and strangeness. Not unlike the Temple of Hru'u in a completely nihilistic twisted bent to it (though, again, this description beggars the reality *shiver*), and yet totally unlike any of Pavar's Pantheon.
And then there are the shrines to the One Other, where the dot in a circle motif is ever present. There was the time we spent on a complete side reality where the One Other was victorious over the original servitors of Pavar - it was a very strange world, indeed. No other temples, as I recall, and a kind of extension to a (completely different) Engsvanyali Imperium. And while there was magic, it did not work exactly the same (?? memory fades and my notes are not here).

I must have missed the post that prompted this?
But this post rules.
