Indeed, that is a distinct possibility... I wouldn't be at all surprised to find the title used through history to describe a person who opposes the establishment in some form.
I remember when during Dhich'une's 'reign' I was assigned to the City of Hekellu as Chief of the Palace of Ever Glorious War (it seemed far enough from the 'emperor' at the time). We had to beat a hasty retreat when the 'young master's' people came over the walls. Ah, well, the position wasn't all that cozy anyway.

It would not have surprised me if some of them came under the walls given that there do seem to be a lot of still functioning tube car tunnels in this part of the world.
Now if I were this young master what would I have been doing in Kilalammu since the Tsolyanu civil war? Will it tie in with the Sunstaff?

Seems to me that Kilalammu was revisited some time ago by a couple of campaigns.
One of those was the whole thing about ssu, salarvyani and fenul being embroiled in things. The other saw invasions by tribes farther east.
The discovery of a couple of 'lost legions' happened at one point as well, see the 'Legion of Translucent Emerald' for further info.
A lot of the old tekumel fanzines reported the eastern lands. I remember doing that from Sokatis at one point in our campaign. (how I managed to write all that down still mystifies me today)

Kilalammu is nowhere near as quiet and "safe" as most Tsolyanu would believe.
And was that plague that killed the Ssu natural or did the Kilalammuyani priests with their access to the old Bednalljan texts have anything to do with it.
The locals probably got a bit sick of all those foreigners crossing their lands to fight in other nations. Like the Salarvyani Ahoggya crossing Kilalammu to reach Saa Alaqi.
