I was a bit disappointed with so much magic in the rules book.
I would have preferred more setting material and later publish additional material like, more powerful spells.

The official forum is also very quiet. Which I found surprising after it was a successful Kickstarter campaign.
The author must be busy with other projects.

For my own sake I tried to learn the system but got stuck at character creation, and I still don't know how to make a character for the game. Thus I feel that I've had to the idea to run this game on hold for a while.

Allan, the spell corpus in Bethorm is taken from past Tekumel games (Swords & Glory and Gardasiyal), both of which are long out-of-print, but the setting info comes from Swords & Glory volume 1, the Tekumel Sourcebook, which is still available. So the UniGames may have felt they were helping by making the spells available.

You can now get print-on-demand copies of the Sourcebook, or a page-image pdf, from DriveThruRPG and RPGNow.
