I've never seen that quote before but I am certain it is incorrect. There is only one complete "face" - with a mouth but there are three other sets of eyes plus the other organs.

Also, re. art.
Tekumel art is notoriously bad when it comes to following the Professor's descriptions!
I know because I have run into so many problems when trying to make miniatures. I have actually spent a great deal of time studying the art and cross-referencing it - and pulling out my hair - and so I know all about how inconsistent it has been over the years.
