So, I bought The Book of Ebon Bindings recently, and I was very impressed (and disturbed) by the book. I was very impressed that there really wasn't any mechanics in it at all, and that it was just very detailed information.
I've been impressed by every Tekumel product I've purchased so far.
I've been importing some of the material into my Labyrinth Lord (classic D&D retro-clone) campaign actually.
Has anyone else ever used this book in a campaign? I tend to like knowing what some of the stuff is like behind the scenes (because I love world building) and this book brings in different planes, the demons, the afterlife, the Lords of Stability and Change, etc.
I think it is a great book. Sure, it might be too dark for many campaigns, but I still think it's a gem.
I did two videos on the book:
