Make your forum suggestions

Could we add a forum for people to post stories of past games, campaign histories, "after action reports"? or maybe just rename the "Adventure Ideas" to just be "Adventures"? A recent thread on the yahoogroup revealed that there is definitely interest among readers in seeing how other peoples' games have gone.

Also maybe one for information about sales of Tekumel related stuff? A place where people could post links to eBay auctions and the like.

Also, as best I can tell, there's no link now from the Forum pages back to the main site.

Would it perhaps be possible to post fan fiction, with the Foundation's approval of course, in that Adventure forum? Don't know for sure about how wanted it would be, but I had a blast reading what fan fiction there was on this site, so I thought that I would raise the issue.

Really? Well if you say so. I interpretated the text over on the Foundation that I need both a disclaimer, and then to file in the work and let them have a look on it to get green light, but that they would be generous in accepting fan fiction.

But hell, no problems for me. Less work that I have to do.

I already have several shorter stories, and one longer, in mind that I hope to get up during Spring and Summer.

I like the look of the new forums - the colours are actually readable! (Though the cursor is hard to see for some reason, but maybe that is my settings - though it isn't a problem on other sites...)

Anyway, that is not why I am posting. You may or may not have noticed that there is a resurgence of Original D&D gaming, with Fight On! magazine being one of the "flag bearers". With this resurgence so interest in Original Empire of the Petal Throne has followed. I think it might be time to split the boards and provide that is EPT specific.

GOO is dead. T:EPT is dead. The original Empire of the Petal Throne is the only game still available. It makes sense to support it.
